Meadowview Nursing Center in Pell City, Alabama is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate team. We provide high-quality care to residents and offer opportunities across multiple shifts, including part-time and full-time roles.

Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Alabama.
- Experience providing direct nursing care to residents.
- Ability to monitor vital signs and administer medications.
Responsabilités
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents for adverse reactions and document changes.
- Perform assessments including vital signs and symptom monitoring.
- Provide direct nursing care including wound and catheter care and daily living assistance.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other staff to develop care plans.
- Supervise CNAs to ensure safe, effective care and document outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
