Covenant Living Communities and Services in Golden Valley, MN is seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to deliver high-quality care in assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care settings. The role includes monitoring staff performance, coordinating with physicians, and participating in care planning and daily resident observation in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.
- Current license, in good standing, as an LPN/LVN in the State.
- One year nursing experience.
- Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing.
Responsabilités
- Monitor staff performance, physician contact, care planning and daily resident observation.
- Provide direct patient care including procedures such as catheter placement, colostomy care, suction, dressings and tubes.
- Assist in orientation and training of new LPN/LVNs and nursing assistants.
- Communicate observations and concerns to the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing and with families as appropriate.
- Participate in shift handoffs to ensure proper resident information is communicated.
