Covenant Living is seeking qualified LPNs/LVNs to deliver high-quality nursing care in assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care settings. You will monitor resident health, assist with care plans, and provide direct care in a faith-based, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN/LVN license in Tennessee and has at least one year of nursing experience, with a strong commitment to resident well-being and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program; current TN license in good standing.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Commitment to standards of professional nursing and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance and care planning; ensure high standard of nursing care.
• Provide direct patient care following nursing standards and procedures.
• Assist in orientation and training of new LPN/LVNs and nursing assistants.
