Encompass Health Corporation is seeking an LPN/LVN for an on-site interview event in Louisiana. This role contributes to compassionate, personalized patient care within a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation leader focused on outcomes.

As an LPN/LVN, you provide direct patient care, monitor vitals, and collaborate with RNs to implement care plans. Our program includes tuition reimbursement and clear career paths to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience is preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care, aligning with the personalized care plan and physician orders.
• Observing patient behaviors, including monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborating directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Cultivating meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
