Qualifications

• Providing direct patient care per care plan and orders.
• Observing and documenting patient vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Collaborating with Registered Nurses to implement care plans and report findings.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients to support rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care aligned with care plans and physician orders.
• Observe patients’ vital signs, symptoms and treatment responses.
• Collaborate with RNs to report findings and execute care plans.
• Foster meaningful patient relationships to support physical, mental, and emotional recovery.
