Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Black Mountain, NC is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. You will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ wellbeing.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring residents’ conditions, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active LPN license in the state.
• Experience in long-term care/snf preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and safeguard residents’ health and welfare by following policies and regulations.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the Director of Nursing and team.
