Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Orchard Pointe Health Campus in Kendallville, IN. You will provide direct clinical care and supervise nursing assistants on your unit.

You will observe residents daily, respond to changes in condition, administer meds, document care, and participate in administrative tasks. CPR certification and active LPN license are required, with weekly pay and strong benefits from Trilogy.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current, valid LPN license.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, quality clinical care to residents and supervise nursing assistants on your unit.
• Visit residents daily to assess status and notify appropriate staff of changes in condition.
• Identify problems and initiate lifesaving measures when needed in the absence of a physician.
• Monitor medication inventory and ensure supplies are available.
• Perform administrative duties such as charting and forms processing as needed.
• Report occupational exposures per facility policies and procedures.
