Job summary

Eastview Manor Care Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Missouri to join our care team. You will assess residents, follow care protocols, document findings, and assist with admissions and discharges.

You’ll lead CNAs and CMTs, coordinate wound care, and respond to emergencies, ensuring high-quality resident care while adhering to facility policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Missouri.
• Ability to follow protocols and document changes accurately.
• Wound care, medication administration, and patient assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report changes, and document findings.
• Perform admissions: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, chart setup, physician orders, and med administration.
• Manage discharges: document, notify physician/guardian, arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care according to protocols (irrigate, pack, change dressings).
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility policies.
• Respond effectively to emergencies as they arise.
