Crestwood Health Care Center in Florissant, MO, is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We offer a full-time day shift, part-time evening shift, and PRN opportunities to accommodate various schedules and staffing needs.
The successful candidate will provide compassionate resident care and collaborate with a dedicated team. Applicants must hold a valid LPN license and demonstrate empathy, a caring approach, and strong integrity.
Qualifications
- LPN licensure/certification required.
- Caring approach and patience required.
- Willing to care for residents and the team.
Responsabilités
- Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings.
- Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications.
- Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation.
- Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
- Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations.
