Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Directs daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and CNAs.
• Promotes holistic care following the nursing model.
• Ensures policy compliance by nursing staff.
• Participates in admissions, discharge, and transfers.
• Assesses resident status, notifies physician and family, documents actions.
• Transcribes physician orders and carries them out.
