Job summary

Good Samaritan seeks an LPN to provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting, under supervision of RNs, APRNs, or physicians. You will document care, administer medications as ordered, and contribute to care plans and resident safety.

The role requires graduation from an accredited LPN program. Attainment of licensure and ongoing CEU/training are expected as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span (or 400 hours as LPN).
• Possesses ability to perform nursing care and medications under supervision.
