Senior Helpers of Warrenton seeks a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support client visits, care plan oversight, and guidance to caregivers in a non-medical home care setting. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to improving seniors' quality of life through attentive care.

Responsibilities include conducting visits, assisting with assessments, updating care plans, educating families, and communicating changes to clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license required.
• Experience in home care or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled client visits.
• Assist with client assessments and ongoing monitoring.
