Family First Healthcare Services in Florida is seeking compassionate caregivers for home healthcare. You will perform comprehensive skilled care to help patients remain in their homes and educate families to promote patient well‑being.

Positions available include full‑time, part‑time, and per diem. A supportive team and patient‑centered culture are emphasized to ensure excellent care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Must hold an active license in the state as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• One, or more, years of experience, in community/home health agency setting, is preferred.
• Must have a criminal background check.
• Must have current CPR certification. Online certification is not accepted
• The ability to communicate well, both, verbally, and in writing, in English, is required.

Responsibilities

• You will help provide comprehensive skilled care and treatment that allows patients to remain in their own homes and live independently. In addition to providing essential care, you will work with patients and their families to educate them and ensure the well‑being of the patient.
