Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed registered nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes across South Carolina. The role involves implementing the physician’s orders, teaching patients and families, and coordinating with the health care team.

The ideal candidate has a SC nursing license, at least one year of nursing experience, CPR certification, and strong tech skills to use mobile devices and remote monitoring tools.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
Must have at least one year experience as a licensed nurse.
CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
