Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care in the patient’s home. You will educate patients and families, coordinate with the health care team, and follow physician orders within the established plan of care.

Requirements include a nursing license, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience. A valid driver’s license and basic tech skills are also needed to support mobile care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education; must be licensed in the state.
• Minimum one year of licensed nursing experience.
• Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
