Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a licensed nurse to deliver skilled nursing services to patients in the home. You will educate patients and families, and collaborate with the health care team to implement the plan of care.

Applicants must be licensed in their state, hold a nursing degree from an approved program, and have at least one year of nursing experience. A valid driver's license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed nurse.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
