Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Minimum one year healthcare experience preferred.
• State-approved IV course certification.
• Knowledge of OASIS documentation and assessment processes.
• PALS or ACLS may be required based on practice area.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care per nursing practice standards.
• Assists with equipment prep and supports provider during treatments.
• Collects data, prepares patient for exam, and documents in the chart.
• Orders and gathers diagnostic tests and reviews results with the provider.
• Schedules procedures and obtains necessary authorizations.
• May administer injections or medications and collect specimens.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
