Atrium Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patient care in a clinical setting. The role includes preparing patients for exams, collecting vital signs, and documenting health information, while working with physicians and other healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in Practical Nursing.
• LPN license issued by the state where the team member practices.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for exams by obtaining vital signs and updating health information.
• Assist physicians with procedures and surgeries under supervision.
• Administer medications per orders, including immunizations and IV therapy within limits.
• Maintain exam rooms, labs, and equipment; ensure sterilization and stocking of supplies.
• Provide patient education and coordinate referrals as needed.
