Job summary

Walnut Creek Care Community in Kettering, OH is seeking an LPN for full-time, third shift. Provide direct patient care under RN or physician supervision, administer medications, monitor vitals, and assist with daily activities in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Current LPN license.
• New graduates welcome; healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong clinical and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents, including medications, wound care, and personal hygiene support.
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities to supervising staff.
• Assist with feeding, dressing, and mobility for resident comfort and safety.
• Follow care plans and document patient conditions accurately.
