Job summary

MUSC Health in South Carolina seeks an LPN to provide quality nursing care on the unit, reporting to the DON or nursing supervisor. You will work with the care team to deliver patient-centered care and ensure documentation and compliance with standards.

The role requires an active SC LPN license, CPR certification, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Previous geriatric experience is a plus, with a focus on safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must have attended an accredited LPN program.
• Must be currently licensed/registered as an LPN in SC or compact state.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation.
• Experience in geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients on the unit.
• Supervise and provide clinical oversight to CNAs.
• Chart accurately and timely for all patient encounters.
• Monitor changes in patient condition and communicate to the care team.
• Maintain patient safety and uphold standards of care.
