Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pocahontas, AR to provide essential nursing care to residents under supervision of the medical team.

The role emphasizes compassionate elder care, medication administration, and coordination with nursing staff to deliver safe, quality services. CPR certification and an active LPN license are required, with preferred experience in long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN license and CPR certification.
• Experience in gerontological nursing and long-term care preferred.
• Basic computer skills and EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care for residents and ensure appropriate nurse aide coverage.
• Administer and document medications per schedule and physician orders.
• Perform nursing assessments and promptly notify physician of changes.
• Maintain accurate medication counts and secure medication carts/room.
• Assist with wound care, urinary catheterization, oxygen care, and related treatments.
• Collaborate with the care team to provide high-quality resident care.
