Bellway Health and Rehabilitation Center in Selma, Alabama, is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support the clinical staff in a busy facility.

The role requires an active Alabama LPN license, strong clinical skills, and a willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Alabama.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Work closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs when needed.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Help train and support new nursing staff.
