Shifts are 6am–6pm with alternating weekends, supporting residents across assisted living, memory care, and long-term care areas. The position requires an active LPN license and CPR certification, with a passion for gerontological nursing and a collaborative, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license with State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification required.
• Interest in gerontological nursing and rehabilitative practices.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
