The LPN will communicate effectively with physicians, administer medications accurately, and provide emotional support to residents and families. Ideal candidates must be licensed in Iowa, have strong attendance, and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed in Iowa.
• Graduate of a state board-approved school.
• Current in CPR certification or willing to achieve it.

Responsabilités

• Effectively communicates resident needs with physicians.

• Supervises and consults with nursing assistants.
