Job summary

As an LPN, you will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and therapists to support well-being and dignity for our seniors. We provide growth opportunities, ongoing training, and competitive hourly wages.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Washington State.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
- LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Assist with resident comfort.
- Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and federal/state guidelines.
- Track and review patient history and vitals.
- Coach staff as necessary.
