Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an on-site 12-hour day shift at Columbia Healthcare Center in Evansville, IN. The LPN will develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff while promoting physical and psychosocial well‑being through skilled nursing care.

You will assess residents, document changes, and collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive services.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
