Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 12-hour day shift at Columbia Healthcare Center in Evansville, IN. This on-site, full-time role focuses on compassionate geriatric care with a strong emphasis on resident well-being.

As an RN, you will conduct assessments, document changes, collaborate with the care team, and uphold the C.A.R.E. values to support residents, families, and staff across our skilled nursing and memory care programs.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes clearly.

Responsibilities
