Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute communities. You will deliver hands-on nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and document accurately in accordance with regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support CNAs, and educate residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Kentucky.
• Ability to administer medications and treatments.

Responsibilities
