Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute communities. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support CNAs, and educate residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Kentucky.
