MGA Healthcare Arkansas LLC is seeking licensed practical or registered nurses for 7pm–7am shifts serving pediatric and adult patients. The role delivers nursing care per the plan, with an emphasis on accurate documentation and adherence to policies.
Candidates must hold an active nursing license in their state, provide TB/Chest X-ray results, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Flexibility and sound judgment are essential for success in this non-exempt position.
Under limited supervision, the licensed practical/vocational nurse (LPN/LVN) is responsible for the delivery of patient care to assigned patients utilizing the nursing processes of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, and any standards, policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations that govern any facility the LPN/LVN is working at. MGA is hiring LPN's and RN's to work from 7p-7a with pediatric and adult patients.
Provides skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment and nursing care plan. Documentation/ charting of clinical notes, supplemental physician orders and nursing care plan. MGA policies, procedures and Handbook are adhered to. Reports on time and as scheduled in order to complete work within designated time.
Reliable transportation. Active nursing license (must match state of residency) Provide copy of current TB results or Chest x-ray. Provide copy of current CPR certification as per agency policy. Be flexible, organized and have the ability to exercise independent and sound judgment to perform the job duties/responsibilities.
