Qualifications

• LPN license in good standing in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Take vital signs and assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Monitor and report resident changes to the nursing team.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
