Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR.
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional communication with residents, families and staff and provides on-call services as assigned.
• Develops, implements, and updates plans of care; administers medications and monitors treatments.
• Leads and supervises CNAs and resident assistants; coordinates with physicians and staff.
• Observes and reports resident status and changes; ensures safe transfer of information.
