LindenGrove Menomonee Falls, an Illuminus Community, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holistic, patient-centered care for older adults across short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing settings. The campus is near Community Memorial Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, with opportunities for 8-hour shifts and weekend rotations.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with flexible scheduling and a pay range of $39.75-$44.50 per hour depending on

Formación

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin in good standing.
• Active CPR certification.
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses, plans, coordinates, and evaluates resident care, including medications, treatments, documentation, and changes in condition.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff while coordinating and delegating care in compliance with regulations, safety, and infection prevention standards.
• Supervises nursing staff and manages staffing, assignments, supplies, and resources.
• Supports quality improvement through incident investigations, interdisciplinary collaboration, and other assigned duties.
