Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document all medications and procedures in the medical record per protocol.
• Transcribe physician orders and audit medical records for accuracy.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate admissions and discharges.
• Provide patient and family education and advocate for patient safety.
