The LPN works under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Manager and provides direct patient care to medical/surgical patients. They coordinate and deliver high-quality care, participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing education.

Day shift in the United States; requires an LPN license and BLS certification. The position may involve weekend visits and call rotation, and may include serving as a preceptor for new LPN staff.

Formación

• High School Diploma General Diploma or Certificate Nursing.
• Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care to medical/surgical patients.
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality care.
• Participate in call rotation and weekend visits as needed.
• Serve as a preceptor for new LPN employees.
• Attend staff meetings, in-services and continuing education.
