Job summary

The LPN at phoebehealth provides professional nursing care for assigned patients under the direct supervision of an RN. This role emphasizes applying the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care while maintaining standards and ensuring patient confidentiality.

You will support the facility's mission, collaborate with staff, manage supplies, and participate in quality and safety initiatives, with a focus on age-appropriate care in the designated acute care

Qualifications

• Vocational / Technical Degree in Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing. (Required)
• 1 - 2 years Practical Nursing Experience (Preferred)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current Georgia license
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (Preferred)
• Behavioral Health Employees: Crisis Response Training required within 2 months of hire (Required)

Responsibilities

• Comply with nursing standards under the guidance of the Nursing Staff.
• Maintain clinic, hospital policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control.
• Follow established routines and utilize supplies and equipment cost-effectively.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care under RN supervision.
• Document care and monitor patient responses; ensure confidentiality and privacy.
