Job summary

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities with shifts from 7 AM–3 PM and 3 PM–11 PM to support resident needs.

You'll provide patient care per the plan of care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and document clearly while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. We value compassion, accuracy, and respectful patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS certification (CPR).
• Experience with multi-patient care in sub-acute or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per established standards and written care plan.
• Follow individualized plans developed by Nurse Manager and team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and regulations.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment.
