Job summary

Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. Available shifts include 7am-3pm, 3-11pm, and 11pm-7am; full-time and part-time opportunities.

The LPN will provide patient care per care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care. Maryland LPN license with BLS/CPR is required. We offer same-day pay, competitive benefits, and a supportive, values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Maryland LPN license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with standards and care plans.
• Follow individualized care plans created by the Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per plan and policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
