Job summary

Wisconsin Counties Association is seeking qualified nursing staff to provide medical care to residents in a Dodge County facility. The role includes helping with daily living activities, coordinating care with providers and family, and ensuring a safe environment.

Positions include Full-Time & Part-Time PM and 1 AM Weekend Only, with pro-rated benefits for part-time staff and starting wage of $28.08/hr plus differential pay. Comprehensive benefits are offered, including PTO and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Experience in nursing services and patient care.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate care.
• Knowledge of PPE usage and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document total care plans with the physician, nurses and therapists.
• Provide and document nursing care for residents.
• Monitor resident condition and obtain vital signs; report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician.
• Lead and supervise Household Assistants; assist with admissions, discharges and transfers.
