Job summary

Dodge County is seeking a part-time licensed nursing professional to provide high-quality nursing services to residents. The role covers 2nd and 3rd shift, with pro-rated benefits and a starting wage of $35.26 per hour, plus shift and weekend differentials.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, medication administration, coordination with physicians and families, and documentation of care plans. The position requires compliance with HIPAA and strong teamwork within the facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of skilled nursing principles and practices.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Familiarity with local/state nursing rules and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Communicate needs to physicians, families and staff.
• Review care plans and document interventions and outcomes.
• Administer medications and verify orders.
• Assist with ADLs and support resident comfort and safety.
