StoneBridge Olney is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to our senior residents on a dedicated unit. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to monitor wellbeing, administer medications, document care, and respond to resident needs with empathy.

Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care, performing assessments, and maintaining strict medication counts and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license and CPR certification required.
• Interest in gerontological nursing; basic nursing knowledge.
• Prefer 2 years in a long‑term care setting with EMR familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate nursing care for residents ensuring appropriate nurse aide assignments.
• Administer and document medications and treatments per schedule.
• Perform nursing assessments and notify physician of changes.
• Maintain narcotics accountability and pharmacy communications.
• Assist with wound care, catheterization, oxygen, and tracheostomy care as ordered.
