Job summary

Responsibilities include nursing documentation, medication management, and staff trainings as delegated by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed with the State of Minnesota as a LPN and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure.

Responsibilities

• Work within Assisted Living Licensure including completing essential paperwork and complying with state regulations.
• Maintain resident charts and nursing notes.
• Monitor and follow through with ordering medications and renewals as well as follow-up with physicians.
• Lead trainings to other team members as delegated by the Director of Nursing.
