• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration and ADL support as ordered.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians and supervisor regarding status.
• Maintain accurate medical records during duty on assigned unit.
• Perform other required tasks as needed.
