Ohio Living is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee residents’ health and wellness, conduct regular visits, assessments, and communications with the care team. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain wellness plans, and coordinate health services for residents across our life plan communities.

Competenze

• Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as an RN or LPN is required.
• One year experience working as a nurse in a hospital, long term care facility, or other related health care facility is required.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the internet is preferred. EMR proficiency is preferred.

Mansioni

• Meet with each resident on a regular basis to provide health and wellness checks and answer health-related questions.
• Review resident information and complete assessments before move-in and as conditions change.
• Order medications and oversee medication schedules for residents receiving medication administration services.
• Maintain up-to-date individual service plans and communicate with residents, families, and physicians.
