• Contributes to individualized care plans and monitors patient needs.
• Observes and documents patient responses to treatments and teaching.
• Participates in unit and department activities and committees.
• Performs a broad range of treatments and procedures and assists physicians.
• Assists patients and families during admission, orientation, and discharge.
• Provides support and de-escalation as needed.
