Qualifications

Current LPN License in State of operations.
LPN Diploma & State License Required
Knowledge of drug and alcohol treatment preferred.
Working knowledge of Google Products

Responsibilities

Provide patients with a safe medically managed detox by assessing signs and symptoms of withdrawal.
Reports and documents medication errors and related issues.
Maintains neat and accurate narcotic control inventories and related documentation.
Promotes patient education on condition, medications, and self-care requirements.
Onboard and mentor new nurses for medication administration.
Conducts medication counts and communicates pertinent data at shift change.
Respects patient privacy and maintains confidentiality; adheres to codes for emergencies.
