Job summary

Spring Creek Care Center in Millcreek, UT is seeking a dedicated LPN for full-time day shifts (6am–6pm). You will administer medications, document treatments, and ensure patient safety while upholding infection control and care standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited nursing program.
• Current, active LPN license.
• CPR certification at time of hire.
• Experience in geriatric long-term care preferred.
• Able to read and interpret English-language information.
• Clear verbal English communication.
• Proficient with basic math in all units.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications, tests, and treatments.
• Record time spent on individual treatments per policy.
• Ensure proper storage and security of medications.
• Notify physician of refusals, non-compliance, or adverse reactions.
• Keep medication cart, refrigerator, and room neat and secure.
• Dispose of sharps safely.
• Enter data into EMR and other computer systems.
• Practice infection control and safety procedures.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and disasters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
