Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania required.
• BLS Certification (CPR) must be valid.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to nursing standards and plans.
• Implement individualized care plans with the nursing team.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Document care accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a therapeutic environment for residents.
