McPherson Health and Rehab in McPherson, KS is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring clinical team.

We offer competitive wages of $30.00-$34.00 per hour, depending on years of service, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

You will monitor residents, administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, document care, and ensure HIPAA compliance in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents and monitor their condition and needs.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders; monitor for side effects.
• Oversee nursing assistant staff to ensure resident care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation; admit and discharge residents; report bruises, skin tears, or neglect.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance while delivering care.
