Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care in a warm, home-like environment for our residents. The role focuses on daily living activities, documentation, and emotional support, with emphasis on meaningful engagement and excellent service.

The ideal candidate holds a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license and brings experience from skilled nursing or assisted living; dementia experience is desired.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Using customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.
